Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Naresh Systems, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party providers to this site, from and against losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing this site.
Jurisdiction and Venue
These Terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The parties to these Terms of use submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts sitting in Hillsborough County in the State of Florida.

Use of any of the content for any purpose, obtained from this site, except for your own personal use without written permission from Naresh Systems, Inc., is strictly prohibited.

Product Returns (R.M.A.)
All product returns must be processed with a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number. Naresh Systems, Inc. adheres to all manufacturers’ warranty and their policies. Naresh Systems, Inc. will not accept returns without an R.M.A. The R.M.A. are valid for 5 days only and products must be returned to Naresh Systems, Inc. or to a location as directed, within this time. R.M.A. will not be extended or re-used.
Software purchases are not refundable.
Due to manufacturers' policies Naresh Systems, Inc. will not accept returns for custom-built systems and certain manufacturers. If the product is defective, it can be returned for repair only to an authorized service center.
You may submit a request for an R.M.A. by email or online through our complaint/feedback form at http://www.nareshsystems.com. You will need the following information to get an R.M.A.:
1. Date of purchase
2. Invoice number
3. Description of the problem
4. Serial number
All returns must:
1. Be 100% complete
2. include all original packing materials (boxes, foam etc)
3. have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's box
4. contain all warranty cards
5. have all cables and accessories
6. documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Please note that the following products cannot be returned:
1. Special orders
2. Discontinued items
3. Products that are damaged or otherwise in an unsuitable resale condition
4. Literature
5. Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
6. Products that were customized/modified
7. Items not purchased through Naresh Systems, Inc.
8. Open units, units which require re-packaging
Returns may be sent back to the purchaser or subject to a restocking fee up to 20%, if the above criteria are not met.
All packages must be clearly marked with the R.M.A. Please do not write on the manufacturer’s carton/box.
Defective products must be reported to Customer Service within 14 days of the invoice date. The product will be replaced, repaired or credited according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Any order discrepancies (mislabeled, shortages or damaged product) must be reported to Naresh Systems, Inc., Customer Service (813-758-1385) within 5 business days after receipt of the products.
If Customers wish to return items that are not defective, Customers must contact Customer Service within 5 business days after receipt of the shipment. Naresh Systems, Inc. may replace or credit the product according to the manufacturer’s warranty. A restocking fee up to 20% will be applied.
Naresh Systems, Inc. reserves the right to not accept any returns if the product is not defective.
No software that has been opened will be accepted for returns.

Customers shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the Product during such shipment. Returns and replacements are also subject to the following terms:
1. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
2. Customers is responsible for all freight charges involved in returning and replacing the products.
3. If returns are accepted after 21 days by Naresh Systems, Inc., the customers account will be credited for future purchases.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of use constitute the entire agreement between Naresh Systems, Inc. and you.
